Anyone have Toyo Proxes 4??

I am plannin on gettin these, anyone with feedback? Seem relativley cheap and reliable!! Maybe some yokahmas??

Best set of tires I've ever had!! They are long-lasting with a tread wear rating of 300, and have EXCELLENT wet traction!!! They handle great!

I've pretty much tried quite a few brands (Falken Ziex 512's, Yokohoma AVS ES 100's, Dunlop SP9000's, and none of them compare to these. The Falkens were the wost for wet traction..

yeah i have the dunflops, hate em no traction at all!! Thanks, pretty much was set on them anyway!! Proxes it is!!

I'm on my second car that I put proxes4 on and they are great. Wet traction is insanely good. They do like to follow the grooves in the road though. Overall though they provide great bang for the buck. My first set was a 40 series and now im on a 45 series and I've never had a blowout "knock on wood." You wont be dissapointed.

Not THAT cheap. IIRC about 20$ cheaper than the T1-S.

BTW, they do fine in the snow as well. Braking and acceleration was fine. Test out the wet braking when you get them, I think you will be surprised. No hydroplane either.

The only downside is a not so stiff sidewall. Just add a few lbs of air when you want to spirit drive. The ride is quieter as a result though. Depends on what you see as a con really. Other than that, nothing but pros.

i have the toyo tampion gu's in 205/45/16 and they are great the i have only had them slide out once and i was goin around a round about in second gear with my foot flat to the floor and it was only starting to slip then it was dry it also handles in the wet quite well i like the toyo brand i can also launch at 4500rpm and not loose traction i have to really give it hell to spin the tyres
