Anyone Have Experience with Dunlop SP Sport 8000?

Anyone have experience with this tire? I've been considering it due to a good price. Plus, in the 235/45/17 size, it's lighter than the stock B-stones. Just curious to get some input. Doesn't need to be on a MS3.

Great tire but it wears like a race tire. Sold them for years on summer-sport only cars at NTB and Sears.

They will wear faster then you can believe, just like just about any other Dunlop sport tire. Sticky, though, in the dry. In the rain, ...not so much! The 9000 is far better at that.

If you need guidance, hop on TireRack and see what their tests conclude on it. Very accurate way to find what you want, IMO. They've not steered me wrong yet.
