does he even know what you're about to drop on him?
If he doesn't, you should take some advice from here and f@rt on him first, then serve him the papers, then take him for everything.
and don't worry about hurting him. if he cries, he's not a real man anyways. besides, like darwin pointed out... survival of the fittest
and it's good that you're laughing! laughing really does help!

Oh yeah I told him. I left the house 3 weeks ago when we were fighting. So he was aware. I told him I was going to have papers for the divorce. I would never slap that on him without him knowing.

yeah it happens to the best of us.. farting and relationships not working that is. I cant help to think when all this conversation about farting going on... I really hope they dont stink or clear a room. Cause thats definitely not cool. If Im choking and gagging then you've got to go.. or light a match or spray some air freshners...something for the love of god.

Um he is ok now. He wasn't before. And I felt bad. Things are getting better. This should be a very easy divorce. I mean by the end of February I should be divorced.
