AWR rear Endlinks

I'm having the same issue as you djza2u1. Are you having the rear swaybar endlinks loosening or the fronts? I only have the rear Cobb swaybar and every time I tighten them down, it only lasts a few days before they inevitably make noise again.

I have the Front Swaybar and thoese are solid. It is ony the rear. And it is a PITA to tighten. So bought the new endlinks and they use a diffent style, but using a new bracket.

So you already got the AWR endlinks or did you swap in some newer OEM ones?

If you got the AWRs then report back here if you get a chance. I really hate the rear clicking and clunking noises over rough roads with the OEM endlinks. I'm really hoping there's a permanent fix as opposed to periodically tightening them.

I just ordered them, so i should get them by the end of the week. I will let you know how they are.

I had trouble with the rear AWR endlinks on my Hotchkiss ARB. The Bar is thicker than the stock one and the holes are larger. The stud on the AWR was too short and too small. After messing with them for a while, one of the studs broke off. I ended up removing the studs from The AWR links and replacing them with longer larger diameter bolts and now all is fine.

AWR is supposed to have another set of endlinks that will work with the Hotchkis bars. I tried to get parts to upgrade mine but what they were going to send me was still 3/8" bolts so I didn't get them. IMO you need to have a 12mm bolt to fit the hole in the bar properly.

How long have you had them on and how hard do you drive it?.
Per AWR there endlinks are NOT designed for bars as thick as the Hotchkis bar.
It will come loose or break the stud that goes through the bar eventually.
Good luck with yours.

We just put them in my brother's 3 with Eibach swaybars. Nice units, no notable noise.

how do you position the bracets. are the holes on the top brackets in line with the rear tires or are they perpendicular to the tires.
See pic on first post by me. The one on the right and left are positoned different. How do you set it up.
I just recieved them in the mail and no instructions

You want to install the brackets so the link swings front to back, the bolt in the bracket going left to right or right to left, it doesn't matter which. Loosen the lock nuts on the link before installing and turn it until there are equal amounts of threads showing each side of the adjustment collar. One end is a left thread the other a right, so turning the collar makes the link longer or shorter, but you want to start with it equal. After the bracket is attached to the cross member and tight, hook up one end link to one end of the ARB. Then adjust the other one until it goes into the ARB hole easily and tighten it down. Then tighten all four lock nuts.

If you want to adjust them a little better, leave the lock nuts loose and lower onto a level surface. Reach under and turn one collar until you can feel there is no tension on the ARB then tighten the locks.

If you are a fanatic, you then do a cross weight adjustment and tweak up the lengths of the links so the weight on the front left plus right rear equals the weight on the front right plus left rear, but with the above procedure you will be pretty close.

Thanks ROUTS8 im going to install them this saturday. I will post some pics and show how they fit. I called and they said that they will work with the cobb swaybars.

I just installed the endlinkes. I forgot from the time that i installe the cobb sway bar how stupid the stock end links are. So fare so good. They are stiff it eliminated my rattle issue.

Here are some pics
