Any way to have fog lights one with just Parking lights

In my previous vehicles, you could do this, but with the '01 protege, you have to have the headlights on in order for fog lights to come on. I see there is a how to have fog lights on all the time, but I just want them to cut on when parking lights are on and headlights so I won't forget to turn them off if it is during the daytime. Thanks
