Any way to change the contrast?

I have a difficult time reading the light blue text on white background. Is there a way to increase contrast to make reading easer? Thanks so much for a great site. Sincerely. Ed Hayes​

He should start with his monitor settings. Nothing appears to be light blue on my screen. Everything is pretty darned legible.
