Where was that? I spent some time in Queensland over the summer.

Every one bar the war memorial were taken at a Caravan Park in Southport on the Gold Coast, and the war memorial taken about 5mins drive from Surfers Paradise on the Coast.

We have had non stop rain for 8 days now, so opportunities to taken photos were slim to nil, and im not wearing a hat umbrella for photos

Anyhow, after reading all sorts of reviews, I have decided not to buy a Nikon and instead I bought a Canon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS.\

Look they are making friends, lol

See, canon and nikon CAN get along!

So, how does it feel to have your PnS be your NICE camera? LOL

So, how does it feel to have your PnS be your NICE camera? LOL

LOLOLOL I told my D50 to behave. Yes, I do have to say that after a few hours of farting around with my Canon 300 HS, it is an incredible PnS camera for what it has. It DOES have to offer a ton! Don't get me wrong, I love my Nikon D50, but this Canon has blown me away! DEFINITELY a money worth spent!

Ordered the new camera!! T3i with 18-55is, 55-250is, 50mm 1.8, battery grip, 4 spare batteries, 3 32g sd cards, Vivitar ETTL flash, two camera bags, one backpack type, the other a sling bag so when I go to DC in May i will have easier access to the camera, lens filters for all the lenses, 2 spare chargers for the batteries, lens cleaning kit. Cant wait should all be here by thursday the latest just in time for my three day weekend!

testing out the new iphone 4S camera with the True HDR app. Not bad. Although it's not smart enough to completely align your pictures though. Lost my old phone somewhere in asia haha.

So... NEW CAMERA IS HERE!!!

Went with the T2i instead of T3i, got the 18-135mm is, 70-300mm IS, and the 50mm 1.8II!! Cant wait, going to a docs appointment and then, picture taking time!!!
