I cant believe how long its been since I have looked in this thread! some really great stuff in here! I will be posting in here a lot more, getting a T2i with 18-135mm, sigma 70-300mm macro/telephoto and 50mm 1.8 this coming weekend!! cant wait!
I ended up buying a 35mm f2 yesterday from B&H so my 50mm f1.8 will be for sale here shortly. Basically like new. Front and back caps...I probably even have the original box hanging around here too...send me a PM if you're interested...
Was thinking about buying this from B&H! With lightning season coming up I was wondering what this would be like! I've read good things about it! Just wondering if anyone has tried it?
Decided to get a point&shoot camera for those places where I can't and won't carry my DSLR lol. Imagine me dancing in a club with my Nikon D50 bouncing on my back rofl. Very attractive...
Anyhow, after reading all sorts of reviews, I have decided not to buy a Nikon and instead I bought a Canon PowerShot ELPH 300 HS. Bunch of features for a point&shoot camera, but I just need one for some quick purposes. Otherwise, it's back to my D50.
Look they are making friends, lol
First photos with 300 HS: This one is with flash
This one is without flash - For it being an entry level point&shoot camera, I'm impressed
