Trying to learn more about portrait photography and processing portraits. When I do my automotive photography, I focus on sharp lines and panning. Portraits need softness and "glow." Any suggestions and feedback would be appreciated!

here is the first video i have put together since i was about 12 years old lol. new camera, new to the software, be nice. any constructive critisism is definitely valued.
also, i had about 150 shots, but i deleted all but 30 on accident, so its not that great. camera is a canon vixia hf10 and i am using corel video studio
