I like Black Sails and Death Tree the best. They are impressive, very strong images.

Just did these yesterday in my "home studio".

Great exposure and composition, I bet that sweater was tough.

Hollywood - I like your sailboat/sunset shot. Great colors

Roy - I never really thought about the sweater. This was lit with 2 flashes left and in front of her, then the yellow light coming through the window was a lamp that I had left on. I was more concerned with getting the white for her hat, and the jeans were tough to not lose detail on them. As well as the boots.

^^^ Good advice man ! We are thinking about taking our "honeymoon" there ! The "wife" is really wanting to go there !!

Well, I had to learn the hard way. Here's to you going and having a wonderful time. I made our itinerary and chose Rome, Florence and Venice. No regrets about that city selection, but of course there are many more options.

PS: Consider whether you want your honeymoon to be event filled or relaxing. Italy does not equal relaxing. If you are looking to relax maybe a quiet resort in the Caribbean is more appropriate.

The decisions you make about what not to post are as important to the viewer as the selection of those you do post. There are probably 3 or 4 really great shots there but if you don't the time to weed those few out of the static then why should they?

I do really like the concept and execution, except for the soft-focus picture. I don't care for the effect. Just some food for thought.
