a p5 w/no back seats,spear tire, jack,ect....Darin said:what kind of mods? N2O? turbo? That's a trap speed for a car of P5 weight, showing about 140-150whp.
nice!
Equinox said:15.9 as well here
intake, header, exhaust, short shifter, clutch, and flywheel =)
I suck at driving tho, my first day out stock I coudl only manage a 17.5 cause well, I can't drive

Thinking of a P5 to replace the Miata?
I think the P5 has a solid chance for low 16's witha good driver and the basics should bump her to 16 flat to high 15's
Equinox said:I didn't strip my car on that time tho, I still had everything but my subwoofers. But man with all that and the miata only ran 16.5? ouch

Darin said:what did you expect? And with all what? A $50 AFM and a Pieced-together cat-back as the only 'performance' parts? Do you know they only 'come with' 116hp? a 16.5 in a 93 Miata with VERY few mods is a GREAT time. Top 10% of all similarly modified 1.6L miatas I'd wager.
You ran a 15.9 full interior? What trap speed?
What kind of 60ft times did you pull?
Do you have a scan of your Timeslip?
Take it witha grain of salt, he called it inferior to a 116 hp car, that is a glorified crotch rocket!.Equinox said:I don't have a scanner and I'm moving to houston saturday so everything is packed, but I was just figuring from someone calling the p5 "inferior performer" would have somethign that would be able to kill it.
