Any new reviews?

Well, the lack of responses was not unexpected. A couple of previews are out there but no full-on review. I guess we wait another month or two for reviews.

But just to keep things interesting, here's something I found on AutoExpress. It's a preview of the upcoming Volvo S40 which shares it's platform with the Mazda 3.

I particularly enjoyed this part:
"But the newcomer is far superior to its lacklustre predecessor. The chassis does things that have never been done in a Volvo before. None of its models has ever steered as crisply, keenly and fluidly as this one. On the twists, dips and crests of the test track, the S40 showed amazing grip. Yet, despite this involvement, its responses are both measured and confidence-inspiring, so things will not get out of hand. It's the same out on the road, helped by suspension firm enough to keep tight control without wrecking the ride."

Same chassis, but 2 different cars.
Even though the Volvo may have crisp handling and such, I think that the Mazda 3 would be quite different. Reports have shown it to be more of a smooth rider... but hey, maybe I'm wrong ;)

And yeah, no recent reviews. The cars are coming out soon, so that's probably why all the holds on reviews.
