Any attempts to find out your MSP's sequence #

I called Mazda today to find out what # my MSP was made,
like you guys with the MP3...
Mazda said that they were not giving that info with this car.
This sucks, I would have liked to know what the # was.
They said to call back in 6 mo. to see if they changed policy......

why are u complaining?? Us Canadian with MP3s have no idea what our numbers are and we have had our cars for over a year...

Well I just spoke with Mazda USA, whose advised that the information is not available at this time and they do not know if Mazda will release it. I did find out that my car was built on 7/29/02, a Monday, great, hung over japanese robots assembling cars. That means it took them 5 months to get their heads out of their butts and ship these beauty's.They advised to check monthly for updates.
