well lastnight i was takin my girl home whne i saw a truck stop at the stop sign i was going stright and had the right a way this stupid ass. stops the starts to go then see me. stops again the goes, well i was only goin about 40 ( speedlimit 35) then BAM i hit his back end spun him around about 180 degreeze. he was in a 96 cheve 1500 truck so of course nothing happends to his truck on the outher hand my car may be totaled stil waiting on the phone call. i will go to the impound when i get a ride to take sum pics. and i will post them later. he was at fauld and got a ticked " faild to yeild" if it is totale di have sum racing hearts for sale. pics will be up later tonihgt maby. That sucks about the car. By the sound of things, everybody's alright. Him getting the ticket is going to make it easier dealing with insurance. Just make sure they don't screw you. If you've got all your records (oil changes, warranty work, etc.) keep them. Also check to see what the MSP's are going for in your area. This will give you a good bargaining edge against the claims rep who may be totalling out your car... if they can't fix it.

I did that with my MX-6 and that changed the settlement from $3600 to $5400. It may take a couple of days to a week, but it's worth it. It helped me get my MSP.

man that sux i worked at Performance Mazda and have seen your car many times to bad never got to talk to ya, hopfully u get another mazda maybe a laser blue MSP, i am also interested in anything that can be salvaged from the MSP, find out how much it would be to buy back if it is totalled? which it hopefully won't......

thanks everyone. this guy has no insurance. but i do have uninsured moterist coverage. so thats a plus, i will only sell big things in my area e.g. wheels. i cant get any pictures today the weather is too bad. i will find out in 2 days if it totaled or not. i owe 17k on the car so hopfuly i will AT LEASAT get that i have 13k miles on it. today has been long and boring.
