Another offset question

sorry my first language was french so my english is very bad lol
i have a wheel set of Konig Verdict Opal with +40 offset. my question is
do you think my tires was rub on when i turn
the tire was 215/45zr17 ans i have progress technology coils spring
the drop was 1.4"

anyone have this setup on a mazda 3 sport 2004?

What size are the wheels? If they are at least 7 inches wide, a +40 offset should be ok. Every wheel is different, though. See if you can get the shop to test-fit them before they mount the tires on the rims. Once you verify the wheels will clear everything, then try it with the tires.
Since the 215/45 tires aren't that much wider, you shouldn't have any problems. They will be a little shorter than the stock tires, so your speedometer will be inaccurate, though.

I would not get a 40 offset rim. You would be better off and have a wider range of tires to get if you were to get 45 or better yet a 48offset.
