I've been a lurker on these forums for quite some time, since I've had my eye on a speed 3 for so long. I just purchased 'Betty' today (08 speed3), and am inlove, despite her imperfections (torque limiter, spongy shifter, mount recall). I was aiming for a sport, but found a black gt with nav sitting in the back lot brand new, still wrapped and all. I guess it just gave me a sense of comfort of not having some random person **** the s*** out of my car before owning it, so I automatically stuck with her.
But on a downside, I won't be able to make love to her til tomorrow! Due to the stereo and navi are still being hooked up. It's kind of a b****, cause the wait is killing me! I'm too excited! and most likely have a difficult time sleeping. On a side note, I found this forum to be more friendly and more comfortable (2thumbs), so I think I will be sticking here. I plan to share and receive some knowledge towards this car, but since this is my first Mazda, I think I will be on the receiving side more. Anyways, I just wanted to share my happiness with ya'll!
