All i know is that my mods couldnt have created this problem.

I do agree with that.
They can't deny warranty because of your mods unless they can prove that they were the cause.
I never plan to buy another Mazda. I can't wait to have some positive equity so I can get rid of this car.

they havent gotten to my car yet. I asked about the rental and they told me that they pay for the first day if the warranty is voided. I'll be damned if i pay for the three days that have gone by and they havent even gotten to my car. My car should be covered anyways so hopefully its not even an issue.

well they are trying to void it naturally. the funny thing is that i had to find it out from corporate. Its been 5 days and the dealership hasnt told me a thing. Im just curious as to how they figure my parts have caused the damage. I talked to the guy at mazda who did the previous work and i found out that fuel was on all 4 cylinders. I would like to think that i have more evidence than them.

Okay, i was told today that they have voided my warranty because of the intercooler, NOS, and a boost controller device. LMAO I dont have nor have i ever had NOS or a MBC. What kinda of idiots are working on my car. I contacted mazda and have setup a meeting with the factory rep. Im going to show him evidence as to why it cant be the FMIC or the BOV. Neither increase boost and im gonna prove it. Secondly im gonna give him a nice dosage of the consumer bill of rights. And lastly im going to make a lil phone call to the local news because they love doing stories like this. Im beginning to realize how big of a disappointment the MSP really is. anyways i gotta get away from this s*** for a while . (drinks)

The fact that Mazda doesn't recognize that the MSP is a problem car is inexcusable. They simply cannot ignore the fact that they made a glitchy limited production car and not stand behind it. God help the dumb s*** at my dealer who EVER gives me warranty problems. Hopefully the simple fact that they told you that you have NOS and a boost controller when you dont should make them yield to you. ****** morons. The Mazdaspeed Avenger needs to start visiting select dealerships now that he has recovered from recent Deer impact.

Im hoping that mazda finally realizes that screwing everyone over for the millions they lost in warranties on the RX7 isnt gonna work. I would like to think that i have this case in hand but im anxious to see what they throw at me next... Maybe it was my forged internals....oh wait i dont have any.. lmao(rlaugh)

just out of curiousity. If i need a rebuild, how much does that run? I know mazda is 75/hour labor. I was thinking about getting a crate engine if it would be cheaper. I would think surely that a rebuild would be under 5k. I go in tomorrow morning to talk to the mechanic working on my car. I cant wait for them to explain the NOS thing. lmao. anyways i will update tomorrow.

KRM- im wanting to find something that will be warrantied.. And i have no means of getting an engine out of a junkyard otherwise i would. Im just wondering how much it will cost for mazda to do this work.
