Annoying noise

no idea, I did buy mine used, from a member here, and did notice that there do seem to be markings on the top side of the top side of the coils where the top coil would I guess sit on the bottom one.
Now this sucks, I had to lend my brother my car cause he broke his middle finger of his right hand and he drives a manual, so whenver he would shift into 1/3/5 he would bang it against the radio. Now I cant enjoy my non clunking car cause he's gonna have it till his finger heals.

lol I love mine now that it is quiet and I swear the prokit rides as nice as stock it hugs the rd more but isnt harsh on the bumps its great!

gonna try these solutions out. It is crazy that different setups still have a common annoyance. I hope it works cause if my wife says "what's that noise" one more time...

i dont think it has anything to do with the springs. i have this same exact noise except it sounds like its coming from the middle or front, right side. i dont have springs but it started after i got my exhaust. it is extremely annoying

Dude, this thread is like 7 years old. ...but if it started after you replaced your exhaust it could be that you didn't hang it properly and its banging against the car.
