I basically removed the bumper, removed the original lights and the bracket for them. When you go to fit up the new light there is no way to mount it nor does it fit in there properly. So I cut the bumper a little to make them fit in snug. I then drilled a hole in the bumper and crewed it in to hold it in place. Then I used a couple of old adel clamps I had kicking around and screwed one end into the bumper and the other in to the lamp.

I am not good at explaining this stuff but I am good at doing it. Sorry, hope this helps.
