honing the block out. like cross hatching, making sure the cylinders are all perfect, for a perfect fit to the new pistons.

the whole shop they have is wicked man. you name it they have it. the block sleeving machine if effin crazy huge. they have machines that clean with super hot steam. its a cool place.

Just my .02$.... You should look for someone to port those heads and get some upgraded cams, springs and retainers. For 'All-Motor' engines power is in the heads. Turbo cars are the just with boost. Not 100% but close. Nice build.

yeah the head was already ported, valves have been redone, no cams or springs needed.

Lookin' like a good build thus far.... How do you take the oil squirters out for the honing? I have a block and I have to get it measured and see if it needs to be over-bored but I haven't got them out yet....

i'm pretty sure they bolt in, and you pull them out..

it should be like that.. if not, you might need to give some leverage on either side to sort of pry it up.

money is tight, the motor is still in piece, still gotta get this blue one up and on the road, im waiting on axles for it, then gotta get these damn oil drips fixed and fix the trans. once its all done ill be back on the scene with this build but the block is bored and honed, new oil squirters, just need 2k to have it all put together. but your baby is in good hands.

curious if anyone is interested in buyiing the car with the motor in pieces, just needs put together and back into the car and needs a turbo and then tuned. if anyone is interested let me know. i need to buy a truck and my silver car needs a good home, the blue one is up and running and also needs a good home.
