why because i dislike a car i cant talk about it? i hate my p5 too. but for 14k out the door or so it kept up with cars in its price range at least.
 
Aww hell bro, Im just givin ya a hard time. :D I think it shoulda been boosted also, but thats because Im partial to positive manifold pressure. :D
 
Yeah, the Z is a low 14, RX-8 is supposedly a high 14 but with my experience with them it felt like a mid 15...oh well...

Werd, for the money the P5 was very competitive in its class. When I drive past all the car dealerships into Houston, I see RX-8's on the used lots all the time. I guess everyone had their 9k redline noise-making fun for a few months and grew up. It's kinda sad to see the rotary as a failure...
 
from day one when i saw the first rx8, just like when i saw the first 3, i said: damn thats fugly. and never one since, have i bothered to give a rx8 a second look.

Replica, I like your ideas on inferior products, all very true.
Now I know you said with out body kit and everything, but I have to say the veilside D1-GT body kit for it is VERY nice looking. (Pics Here)
But anyway, even without that I think its pretty nice, I would take others things for under 30k before it, but like I said, its a pretty cool car.

The wheels look great, but the body kit is just trying too hard. It looks like poop. Swoopy poop at that.

The EVO outclasses them both IMO...it runs low 13s stock, has amazing grip/handling, & looks damn good.
 
i like the rx8, i like the rotary. im not a horsepower guy. but i will say that it is VERY overpriced. id buy one if i had shitloads of money to throw around. i think they look good. thats alll i have to say.
