I have BC Coilovers because everyone says they are the best, but i hate them so far. i have a lot of clunking noise in the back, its really bouncy going 5mph. i dont know what the problem could be.

the H&R coilovers were no problem, besides a rough ride, but no noise, i wish i didnt even switch now..

my ABS and Traction lights turned on. i dont know why.. i think im ready to sell the BCs and just go back to stock..

Bumpy ride? To me, the BC's aren't that bad compared to a lot of coilovers out there. It could be your dampening settings or you're just use to the comfort of a smoother ride.

As for the H&R's, if you're not going to track and more DD the car, I would say the H&R coilovers would be your best bet. Might cost more, but I've heard nothing bad about them. They are supposedly 40% stiffer than stock too from what I've heard.

For the ABS light, did you plug the sensor back in? Some people forgot and others, mess up the wiring somehow.

The H&R coils have softer spring rates than the BC's do. You did not properly set the preload in the rear. If it's bouncy then you did something wrong.

The clunking is more than likely the shock bolts. Both of mine worked their way loose in the first few weeks and clunked coming out of the driveway. Double check your install, use this post to help you set the preload in the rear.
