Aluminum cold pipe question

I already have the Samco hotpipe silicone hose installed with a Custom SMIC.
Thinking of getting an aluminum SU cold pipe to complete the job.

Question:

How much louder is it with the SU pipe installed in terms of air woosh & turkey gobble?

Stock airbox with K&N filter.

Had the Injen CAI before and had to remove it as my wife couldn't handle the woosh and turkey battle call. lol.

ohh ok, then you should be fine since you have the stock airbox.

there wont be any difference from the stock coldpipe and su coldpipe. The intake is what makes the the turkey gobble.

Thanks very much for the info.
My search on the matter so far got me pretty conflicting info.
Some say i might be better off sticking with the existing plastic cold pipe as it might keep temperature lower than an aluminum one.
Wrapping it would help but that kinda kills the nice polished look and comes with other issues when it's wet out.
The stock is not too bad since it's on the cold side and doesn't really expand like the hot pipe would. Is this really true.
I don't plan to boost past 10psi.
If you have an opinion on this, by all means.

Just remember..Expansion is never good..Especially not for response.

get the aluminum pipes, you'll feel a difference in response compared to plastic pipes.
