It seems like Corksport and BC racing are the known performance suspension options for the cx-5.

I looked into Tein. They are only available for the FWD car and they would need a few thousand $ to develop some for the AWD car. I passed.

Any coilover under consideration needs to have customizable spring rates. That is true of BC and Ceika.
