. . .are gone! Jumped in tonight after work, and went to switch between my favorites list, and everything was completely gone.
Has this ever happened to any other 2016 (w/tech) owners? Very annoying having to go back and re-save all my 20+ stations! I really hope this doesn't become a habit of this infotainment system! (mad)

You're not alone. My 2016 Touring AWD with the Bose system is in Service overnight tonight for its 1k complimentary "checkup", and they're looking into it.

It's happened twice now in the month I've had it (traded in my 2014 fwd sport for the 2016). In addition to the lost favorites, the clock also resets to GMT timezone (so, 12PM here on the Pacific Coast reverts to 8PM Universal time, though the minute count stays the same). Oddly enough, all other settings, audio prefs, etc. remain untouched.

I'll let you know what happens.

Glad to know I'm not alone! I will have to check the clock, I never really pay attention to it.
