Do we have a definite time and place in Watertown yet?

We dont have a time yet but I think we are going to use the same place as last time which was....91 Scott Rd Waterbury, CT (Nino's Trattoria Rest)

Its real easy on and off the hwy, easy to find, and plenty of parking for us on a sat morning....BJs gas is right there too...

Like I said before, if someone wants to write up the meeting points, I'll copy into the first post as well.

I will be there early that Sat. morning before everyone else arrives.

This was what we did last time.
People coming down together from MA:
Wenthram Outlets - Ruby Tuesday
Time: 8:00 am (leave by 8:15 am)
-----------------------------

People meeting in Waterbury:
"Nino's Trattoria"

Waterbury, CT 06705
I-84 Exit 25 and take a left at the light onto scott road. Go over the bridge and its right in front of you on the left.
Time: 10:15 (leave by 10:30)
---------------------------

Lunch Destination:
Schlesinger's Steak House
475 Temple Hill Rd., New Windsor, NY 12553
Time: 12:00

Do we look to do the same, but an hour earlier to get there for 11? or shoot for noon again?

i think josh wants to get there early to put his bumper on

I am game for planning on (and actually following through with) getting lunch somewhere before we get to the meet. I was dying last time since we wound up waiting for pizza and i thought we would be eating like hours earlier :) Doesnt have to be that steak house...any chain restaurant around there would be fine

Or if food will be there at a specific time for this meet maybe eating on the way wont be neccesary

I won't be making the morning get together because I have a meeting on Saturday morning that I have to attend. I'll be leaving straight from there to OCC though.

Save me a spot in NEPOC parking! I don't want to be all alone. :(

I might be meeting up in Waterbury too. Actually, I thought there were people meeting in Manchester, CT area. I'd meet up there with people but I don't want the main crew to have to stop numerous time.
OR just had another thought ... if you guys just had the 2 way radios set up (and I can find mine...) I'll just wait around and you guys can radio me when you're getting close.

Charlton Rest Stop to OCC = 2hr 37min.

My guess would be meet there at 8?

Charton to Waterbury = 1hr 20minutes.

People meet there by 9:15?

Tried google mapping from the Wrenthem Outlets and it brings you back up 495 to 95 and down 84, but not sure if that is the route you Outlet people are going.. If it is then I guess you could meet up with the Charlton crew. If not then meet at Waterbury for 9:15?

Just an FYI, we have some things planned for people as they roll in, but we'd really appreciate everyone planning on arriving between 11 and 1.

Early arrivals to Newburgh - There is a Barnes and Noble (with a Starbucks inside) and a few other places to grab breakfast or coffee. There are also a few car washes in the area (namely Newburgh Auto Spa - a sponsor - which is located across the street from OCC)
