How about the park up by bear valley elementry off of rabit creek road past the fire station. Does anyone know the name of that park? It has a covered BBQ area just in case of rain. I will check it out later today.

OK, The place in on rabbit creek and clarks road. Take the new seward highway south to the rabbit creek turnout. Take a left on rabbit creek road. Follow rabbit creek road up the hill for about 1.5 miles. When the road passes Bear Valley elemtry school, the next road is Clark's road. (you will also pass a fire station). Take a right on this road and the park is right in front of you. Cannot miss it. It is called homestead park. There is a covered picknick area and a playground. Let me know if this sounds like an ok place or if you guys have any other ideas.

Maybe a couple of us anchorage folk should meet for a sec to determine what needs to be brought for the BBQ, if we are still having one. We need to show the Fairbanks folks what living in a real city is all about

Anchorage Peeps, June 9, 8pm @ borders... probly only a 20 minute deal, but need to organize who brings what. Lets plan on a max budget per person of $10 if possible. come with ideas.
