Air-to-Water Intercoolers

Let me look for a link. It's not really thick. It runs through a regular radiator, just the cooling system doesn't have the pressure usually associated with car.

GRM just switched their Porject 5.0 over to it.

Its just a thought...
As you can tell I will try anything

One thing is that you do put ice in the fuel cell in the trunk

In the water??

Anyway, here we go, Evans NPG.

Yup that fuel cell in the trunk you fill with ice there is a drain that goes out the rear bumper, pure ice ambient temps are going to be extreme low. I know a lot of people where wondering about wieght well it only hols three gallons in the whole system. I am going to dyno this weekend. Can't wait to see the gains

That thing is a lot smaller than I thought.
You plan on refilling your system every time you drive or just on the occasional race?
How long do you think the water would take to to heat up, with out the ice?
PS: Ice water is water with antifreeze that is cooled down under 0 degC.
Please take more pics, looks really interesting.

You just fill it with ice before the race.
These are all the pics I have so far, If you have something in particular you would like to see just tell me and I will snap some more pics.

Actually you will find this system more efficent then FMIC the fmic you have to be moving at about 20mph this works all the time.

By attaching the peltiers directly to the aluminum tank, the whole tank really becomes a cold plate. You could make the argument that the luquid sitting in the center of the tank is receiving the least amount of cooling, but in reality, heat spreads through water/antifreeze pretty evenly, so the cooling effect would be even as well.
Is this still the plan or are you going with the cooler that is in the pictures?

I figured that you showed the front of your car to show the black cooler(top left), sorry for the confusion.

I used to run a air-to-water intercooler. And i had it in the trunk with the same type of fuel cell. i used a spearco water pump, but it wasnt strong enough to flow water from the trunk to the engine compartment. so i hacked the fuel cell and shoved in the engine bay.

I honestly found it such a hassel for everyday driving, the water would constantly be hot. On the other hand when i took it to the track it was awesome when i had ice in it.

but i hope you have better luck then i did. here is a pic of my old set up

WOW All done, Man does this pull. I took off in first slammed it in second and wheels did not stop spinning intil 60 mph. This of course is without ice, can not put the ice in till I get to the dyno. I think the best part about it it spools even faster.
