So heres the story....I had a ridiculous squeal coming from my engine when i started the car sometimes, more so when I was running the Ac. I assumed it was the ac making the belts work harder and issues more evided. I changed the belts (all but the timing) on my mp3. It still squealed. Then I took it to my local and quite trustworthy garage, has done my cars for years without a hitch and he said my harmonic balancer was bad. It was wobbling so I kindly threw him labor and part costs and he fixed it. Picked it up ran great no squeal. Until today three weeks later. Im out three hundred bucks hours of my own labor and I still cant fix the squeal permanently it seems. HELP

Tighten the belt tensioner. It's common for the belts to squeal. It's because as they break in, they loosen.

power steering tensioner seems to like to come loose i've noticed.

But anyway do what ucMP3 said and tighten the tensioner. Just don't overdo it.
