Aggressive fitment anyone?!

So, I'll bet you guys can help me... what is the skinniest 17" production tire they make? I'm hoping for something in the 195 area or so.

I am on 205/40's and couldn't find anything smaller at the time, but I just saw that Yokohama makes an S-Drive in 195/45 and 195/40

why do you want so little tread? Even I want more than 205's. I hope to fit some 235/40's, no joke.

Go away you traitor!!! (rofl2)

Are BC Coils any good? I'm looking into them but skeptical since I never heard of them before...

How is the Holden doing for now? We have two TT here, Pontiacs of course, on the 10sc 1/4 mile... They are complete sleepers!!!

195/40 should do the trick... otherwise I have to pay double for a 185/55

195 40 on a 9 inch wheel is crucial stretch man, the wheel you are looking at are a more moderate offset so i dont think you will need to stretch that far to make them fit, and a 185 55 will fit COMPLETELY different than a 195 40, the sidewall would be crazy high, even with that intense a stretch, i will agree with everybody whos said it so far, id try a 205 40, with BC coils. because i am currently running the groundcontrol illumina set up you mentioned, allllll the way down, ride is real bumpy, if your going to drop it as much as possible id get BC coilovers.

yep bc's are without a boubt the best for your money.

question for those running a lot of rear camber:
Is your brake line tab super close to the frame? I have over -4* negative camber and had some issues with the tab hitting the frame. :( so as much as it killed me I had to reduce the camber to get it so there was no contact.
looky...

I know Hung is running like -7* camber, and we're both on bc's.
not really sure what to do about this...

ideas?

I actually was thinking about doing this last night. lol so should be ok right as long as the wheel isnt hitting the line?
might have to do this next weekend.

thanks man!

LOFL what are you talking about? 9" wheel? Oh this is too funny. You honestly think I'd run stretch on my car? I'm just pumping you hellflush guys for info on a completely different application.
Thanks for the laugh in addition though.
