I'm about to install this. Quick questions..

Where would be the optimal place to weld on the new bung?

My setup looks like this..

OBX Header - MAM Midpipe(Hi-Flow Cat) - Stock resonator piping - Ractive axle back exhaust.

The obx has the 1st and 2nd O2 sensors on it.. the MAM midpipe has a bung welded after the hi-flow cat.

Can I install the new wideband sensor there? I know the readings will be off.. but by how much?

Matty mentions right at the collector. Would that be good?

I might also be buying dUmB_kEoLaS Microtech if that makes a difference.

First pic is the mam midpipe..
Second is the OBX header.

Ok, set up an appt with the local exhaust shop. $50 to get a new bung welded onto the collector of the OBX header.

*yawn* have to wait till 3.. its 12..

wait until you have the MT and put the sensor in the 2nd bung hole. the wideband wont help squat until you're able to tune the fuel so dont waste your money

yeah thats what I was thinking...why would you be using a wideband on an NA car with the stock ECU and just a couple of mods?...you mentioned you "might" buy a microtech...but without it, all you are going to see is how much the stock ecu sucks...and how frustrating it is to not do anything about it...

I said 'might' because the guy isnt sure he is going to sell it. Im getting an EMS.. just not sure which one yet. (thumb)

I can just leave the 2nd o2 sensor hanging?
