AEM wants to prototype an MSP

Why are all the tuners who do development for new products located in CA? I would love to donate my car to testing, but I'm on the wrong coast. GRRR

I had know idea how many of them were over here. When I had my GT Mustang all of the aftermarket companies seemed to be out of California except for Saleen and Chicane and maybe a couple others.

california has everything.
:( including the biggest base of aftermarket parts, cars, stores, etc etc etc the list goes on :(

along with that, the biggest share of problems (governor, pollution, etc) ;)

yeh, the AEM guy has already asked me for my information. hopefully he'll need another msp to test with for cross analysis. :(

I just got off the phone with the guy and I asked if mine was going to be the only MSP, he said there will most likely be one or two more but they will intially start with mine. The only bad thing I see about this whole thing is the hassle of renting a car. Well, it will be an experience and a good way to meet the R&D guys at AEM. Want me to ask them any specific questions?

(yippy)

Actually I took my MSP into Galpin to replace my shift boot and they gave me an 03' Focus...lol. It's not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

I'll probably end up in either a Mitsubishi Galant or a Ford Taurus. I'll decide when I get to the car rental place, what ever I get it must fit in my garage.

Damn steph, that store looks sick:eek:

our local store is about the size of a bedroom. I get everything off the internet. We need that kind of store in the NE.

Do not take that taurus. I had that as my last rental. I swear you will think your steering a ship lost at sea.

For those of you thinking about giving them your MSP and renting another car, keep in mind, the rental costs will likely be higher than the price of the intake:)
