AEM Cold Air Intake Installed

Well, mod one was the window tint, now onto the Intake.

Not a difficult process, but not a little more time consuming that I thought it would be. Made easier with the car up on a lift so if you have access to one, use it. Makes things smoother.

Overall, pretty much in the same spot as my 03 Accord V6 and my 06 GXP set ups. Works well.

I like the two peice intakes. You can make it a SRI for winter if you need to. I have the injen and it is one solid tube. Looks nice!

Good. Have you had a turbo or S/C motor before? If not, let's just say you'll feel the car breathing better up top in the rpms. The MS3 seems to respond very well. Added sound to a FI motor is always a bonus too.

Yes. I do believe the AEM is legal in Cali if that's what you're asking. I'll check the box in the morning.

The AEM is on the CARB EO list posted on the CARB web site (as of a month or so ago). That and seeing the air straightener on the exploded diagram is why I ordered one.

It's the sticker I am wondering about- just in case I get pulled over and even after the cop sees how old I am still wants to check my car for mods. Plus if I have the sticker I can leave the intake on when I get the car smogged without worrying about having to argue about it.
