You should be able to get a useful code reader/diagnostic tool for 25 pounds. On my side of the pond, many parts stores will read the codes for you, free.

here they charge a minimum of £65

Are actual code numbers available from your device? I couldn't tell you much based on that screenshot.

Did you try to clean the battery leads and posts? Look at the positive cable. There are a bunch of fuses inside. Maybe one of them is blown.

so i managed to clear all but 2 codes belonging to same issue. I cant delete them for some reason so I assume (hopefully) that the issue is with this.

U053B:82-0A and U053B:83-0A

Maybe the issue with this has a knock on effect to all the other errors.

I am also assuming that all the other faults are going to come back after a drive cycle.
