So I see the box, which green, and yellow wires are which?I just did a full upgrade on my 2021 non Bose. There is a box under the passenger seat that gives you access to the speaker wires.
here you goSo I see the box, which green, and yellow wires are which?
Yes, but you will have better choice (obviously depends on the brand and model chosen for the task) in input control when adding a separate sub-woofer and AMP.Almost all new quality amps and processers will take a direct in high power speaker level signal. There is no need to purchase an LOC anymore. Those days are long gone.
I saw your stereo info on another thread we share an interest as being an Audiophile. Your system ROCKS! I wish we had the opportunity to experience our systems. The Rockford 3Sixty.3 is a prime example of a quality piece that you feed with speaker level inputs! That's a nice DSP for sure.
So I'm Confused does an LOC not need to be installed on a 2022 non bose? I'm looking to add the jbl basspro hub (in tire sub). So I know a remote line is needed and I was assuming I could use a LOC that has a remote wire connected to it and just tap the LOC into the wire harness under the seat to the speaker amps to the rear speakers. Is this not needed at all with the LOC or a dumb move how would one suggest it to simplify and make it work best.Almost all new quality amps and processers will take a direct in high power speaker level signal. There is no need to purchase an LOC anymore. Those days are long gone.
This is also the same for a 2022? Is this the white connector on the amp under the seat?here you go
