ABS light and emergency brake lights sometimes stay on

it seems like after driving a while and restart the car, the lights went off. is it a serious problem or a temporary glitch?

Check the brake fluid level. If too low it will cause a light, when the car and brakes warm up the fluid may expand enough for the light to go out. If low it could be due to worn out brakes or a fluid leak. Either problem will eventually become serious if not corrected.

Its your ABS sensor. Check you fluids, if its good, its for sure one of your ABS sensors, most likely something in the rear.
