AARRGGHH!! Check Engine light.........

Lame, the check engine light came on with only 500 miles on the car. WTF! Hope this isn't the begining of the start.

Maybe it has to do ith the sensor that the recall is all about.

I thought the recall only involved the issue w/ fog lights...

Have you made any changes or anything to it?

That is strange but most dealers have what is known as a break in period. During this time they will fix anything that comes up regardless of your warrenty status.

^And as mention did you do anything like a intake recently?

There are no commercial intakes available yet...

There is a mod that you can do that removes the resonator which is supposed to help.

Hmm interesting guess it is only time till someone comes out with one

Seen hacked MAFs before with the DSMs just never really looked at the P5's MAF to see what could come out.

Anyone ever tired to get them read at the dealership?
Friend went to take his Xtreme to get the code and find out what is wrong. However the light wasn't on anymore when we went.
The guy said he would however if there wasn't something really wrong then it would cost $80 bucks.
Sucks!
80 bucks to plug it in and read.

Hmpf I use to take a paper clip and read them off my Saturn all the time hehe.
