yeah collision repair is all about who does the work. if you have the right people doing the work, those who care about the process and care about their reputation, there's nothing to worry about...especially on mine, all of the damage was in front of the core support, so there was no mechanical repairs needed, all cosmetic and frame.

and as far as the beautiful Ohio plates, I hate them lol, i wish i could have gotten the old style plates, they're much nicer, but the bmv was out of them...and you can speak about the non beauty of western Ohio, and I will speak for the east end and its definitely not beautiful. They love to show scenic pictures of beautiful lake erie and the beaches, what they don't show is how they have to test the water daily for toxicity and post the results so people don't die in the water, so I'm with you on that one

Come on guys Ohio is very beautiful, you just have to get away from all the whored up big metro areas. Take a trip in the southeast part of the state, anywhere south of I-70 and east of I-71. After saying that I guess Ohio is 25% beautiful. lol... Btw those new plates blow goats! We still have the gold ones on "the chick magnet" mini van and red, white, and blue ones on our 3. We had so body work done on our 3 after the misses had a run in with a guard rail. Seamless repair, no complaints. They even let me use my old wheel to try a paint idea I have.(alright)

Well, there is a beautiful part of ohio...its called the "welcome to Kentucky" sign that you can see from cincy ;P

hahahah im from new jersey/nyc originally so no worries lol, you're not offending an ohio native...besides, once you enter the greater cincy area, you're already in kentucky.

btw just thought id mention this since this was the thread about my accident lol...

so i picked my car up from the shop 10 days ago, and was very satasfied with the work... yesterday morning, some young girl decided to back into my car, so once again, my car is flawed

I'll post some pics of the damage in a bit

I have felt cursed before as well. Comes in phases so hopefully the next phase is easier.

This to shall pass brother. Hope it's not too bad. I actually found a flaw in the paint on my body repair, no biggy it only took me 2 weeks and I have been looking for a bad spot.

yeah thanks man! hope everything gets taken care of on yours...i just heard back from the crasher's insurance company today and theyre gonna pay for everything, so its all good i guess, its just a hassle dealing with it all...

Good to hear. Insurance is both a blessing and a curse. Great when you or the other person has it bad when you have to deal with all the crap!

this is very true. my original accident was deemed my fault by the insurance, so i didn't get a penny of insurance money, but at least this time around i'm not getting screwed. insurance is a real pain in the ass but i cant imagine what would have happened if i didnt have it the first time around, being that the repairs to the other vehicle will cost nearly 10 grand, a sum of money i dont have just laying around

10grand holy crap did you hit BMW or something? Most insurance cos. will only go to like 80% of value before they consider it totaled. I guess if it is worth doing it is worth over doing!

yeah well it was a camry, which looked like a piece of crap...looked like it shouldnt have been worth more than 5-6 grand, but from what i was told by insurance, they were paying out just shy of 9 grand, so its possible they totaled it, and that was the payout + other B.S. expenses that theyre covering...at least nobody was hurt
