i guess i'm gonna have to be the first one to say it. I'm not really a fan of the gold it just looks too yellow. Your car does however make me want to get a set of j-spec tails.

I'm talkin about the badges & lugnuts & maybe blacking out the headlights if not already done to complete the gold & black thing. Turn down the sensitivity setting when soliciting comments, nobody's thang is everybody's thang so no need to get all tweakin, different things people do make it interesting. I like the black/gold thing & rx-8 rims so wasn't no negativity going on. Gold trim instead of silver inside would also help complete whatcha got going on too.

if i paint the badges gold...to me that would look kinda look tacky....but thats IMO.....so the badges...the 2 that i have will stay the way they are...or be painted black.....as far as the inside goes....the inside is not silver....changed that to a black theme on the inside with red accents here and there.....

as for the headlights...they will be blacked out as soon as i get another set...to have for back up...incse something goes wrong....

honestly these pics do the car no justice....they were taking fast and no time was spent on the photo...not only that but they were takin with some cheap CVS brand digital camera.....

so thats y i say it looks alot different in person....

but i have yet to put alot of weight in the backseats to test that out...but then again noone rides in the car but me, or my fiance and I...hardly anyone ever in the backseats

the part you are refering to is the HKS HI-POWER AXLEBACK....it sits like that when installed...kind of a JDM look.....but the rest of the exhaust is custom..

MAM catless MIDPIPE.....Custom S-Pipe....HKS AXLEBACK.....only thing left to relace is the stock header....and that comes after x-mas

215/35R18 Toyo Proxes FZ4. Stock struts, Espelir springs.

Tried w/o spacers but when I took a corner real hard the inside of the outer rear wheel would scrape against the strut making a shaving sound with the rotation of the wheel...faint..but it was annoying. Sometimes it would make a knocking sound instead.

Installed 3mm spacers and then I would rub on the fenders when going over large dips/humps in the road.

Finally rolled fenders a little with a rubber mallet and heat gun and everything is good now.

So you might be OK if you have something other than stock struts, but otherwise...after a few weeks you may start to hear the noise I'm speaking about. I didn't hear it until at least a month later.
