A Hello and a Question

Hey guys,

I've been around for a while since I have my MP3 but my mom just got a new 6 so I figured I'd pop in and say hey! It's such a nice car! Much smoother than my MP3! I love the rear ends of the new ones with the dark tails! Good choice to those of you who have one!...

Now for the question....Its a brand new 2006 4-door model with something like 24 miles on it, had the Stereo/Moonroof Package(Bose audio + the moonroof) with the 17" rims and wheel locks...Sticker price was, I believe, MSRP 24,710, so without taxes and all that, and she got it for something like 23,665 after tax, title and all that crap, including financing a little bit of it to build her credit. I believe before tax and all that it was 21,324... So do you think it was a good deal or no?

I'll probably pop in here from time to time now since theirs one in the family and its a really nice car!

Cloth seats, no remote start or eluminecent gauges...

4 Cyl. Automatic with the 17" rims, wheel locks, and Stereo/Moonroof package...As far as I know, those are the only options it has...

If you got $3,500 off its not bad at all. Personally I think $24k is too much for a 4 banger without leather, but thats just me. I would rather have a 3s, fully loaded for that price.

Well it was my mom, and the rear of the 3 sedan is really boring, and she really didnt want a hatch, so yeah...And she kinda fell in love with this! I'll post up some pics once it's nice out and the car is cleaned up, it snowed this weekend so she's dirty already!

Beleve the tranny and bose packagie was the difrence. I got the Appearance package minus wing, All weather mats, moonroof, power chair, alarm, and aloys. I got the 6 cause it was cheaper. The black 3s I was looking at was every option but leather out the door at $23. 6i was $20 with what I listad.
