A/C Condensation Leaks

Purchased a new 2010 CX-9 a week ago, and noticed what appears to be the A/C condensation dripping from several areas under the drivers side of the chassis instead of just one like other cars. Is this normal??

I experienced the same thing with my 2008 CX-9 GT I bought a few days ago.

When I drive for about 10 miles with the A/C on set to about 75 degrees, and then park the car, I notice it leaks quite a bit of water underneath the car, in one spot.

I'd really like to know if this is common and if this is A/C condensation or is it something more serious? The weather here is about 90 degrees, if it matters...

Condensation

If I had a week old car and saw that I'd call my service advisor where I bought the car. I have a 2010, and after 4000+ miles I've never seen water in more than one spot. I am in South Texas, and our AC units run from the day we buy the car until we sell it. The higher the humidity the more water you'll see, since removing that water is exactly how an AC works.

Even with multiple puddles, if the water is clear, and has no smell, its more than likely from the AC. Other fluids all have colors/smells.

There is a chance that the AC isn't fully charged, and if that's so, then you could be building ice on the evaporator core, and on the AC radiator core. If so when it melts, you'd get lots of extra water puddling. This isn't very likely in a new car, but anything is possible.

In my 2008, condensation is leaking into the front passenger side. I think it's backed up or something.
