A/C blower noise

My 03 P5's A/C blower started making noise a couple months back. I took out the glove box, and detached the blower motor. Cleaned the blower motor and fan, no leaves or feathers to be found. So i plugged it in without putting it back into the housing and nooo noise. But a cple days later the noise came back.

I dont want to spend $70-$80 on a new blower motor unless its the last resort..
THE CLICKING NOISE IS CRAZY ANNOYING.

I had a weird, loud clicking noise every time I turned the ac and defrost on and it turned out to be my ac compressor.
