Not sure if this is the right forum but trying to find some info about this code.
Also said 'Manufacturer Control Vehicle Speed, Idle Speed Control Aux. Inputs.
Car is running fine. The Cruise Control hasn't worked for over a year.

if your cruise control is vacuum based, check the lines.
could be a bad actuator/soleniod ...not really sure how those work.
