8000 miles and I just noticed this problem

The engine holds revs when shifting from 4-5 and 5-6. This problem doesn't exist while changing any other gears. What gives? Anyone else have this issue? How would changing 4-5 or 5-6 be any different from any of the other gears? Is there something in engine management for this?

Also, now that cold weather is here, it seems like my front windshield, creeks and rattles like crazy. But only on cold days. I can't figure out if it is my front windshield or something else in the front of my dash.

I got the windshield creak also, I just turn up the radio.

Yup read my thread, the problem is a 15 min fix at the dealer once they decide it's "legit". Just a few bushings they put in and blam o it's all good, atleast mine hasn't come back just yet.

As for the shifting part, that's the way it's suppose to be, cuz the trans has helical cut gears after 1st and 2nd, and if you pay close attention you really don't have to lift your foot off the gas on the shift and it will hold boost for that split sec for you to shift right into the next gear.
