719prottege build thread

also, gonna start cleaning up my engine bay i think... heres the plan...
battery relocate
reroute the intercooler piping so its not through the fender hole
make a cold air intake that goes into the fender hole
get some kind of kick ass coolant reservoir
possibly attempt some sort of semi-wire tuck.
paint/powdercoat the valve cover
gallery fresh hardware
vacuum block
re-coat the thunder manifold
clock the turbo and re route the piping there too
turbo heat shield

also, i need to paint the whole engine bay whenever i pull out the motor...
im tired of it looking like s***

yea... low oil level i found. which is odd because it doesnt leak, and burns very little... i put oil in it last week, i think it was the trip to denver and back. god i feel like an idiot...

negative... luckily it didnt blow, and there are 2 new 03 proteges at the junk yard... unfortunately thats like an hour away, and this car is my dd...

yea. hopefully, i can put the other engine in, run it while i build the one thats in it now... well thats if the block isnt destroyed.

yeah. best of luck man. the good news, pulling and putting these motors in/out is a piece of cake
