My computer isnt wanting to cooperate with my ssftc. Saying portcom error 8018 or something... Migjt be because im using windows 7? This ks really annoying

Yea windows 7 for sure. if you dont have the professional version it wont work properly. you'll need to use XP.

no sir, you can right click and click run in compatibility, then xp sp3 click ok and then run it. hahaha i have this s*** memorized for the amount of times ive written it in the SSAFC library thread

i will do it. but now my ftc is sayin on my computer USB DEVICE NOT RECOGNIZED. wtf this is neverending. any help on that?

got ahold of my buddys old laptop and threw the super stock tune or whatever on it.... runs AWESOME! no hesitation, just pulls how it should. running slightly lean, 10-10.9 at WOT but at least its being consistent. i have a small boost leak anyways so im only hitting 6 psi, but gonna find the boost leak, turn up the boost and tune it for my methonal finally

10-10.9 is still rich, 12.5 is as lean as you want to go, id say personally im going for 11.5 afrs, even though im forged.

yea, if your in the 10's, thats rich as s*** lol
you'll feel a huge power difference once you lean it out to 11-12

yea i need to mess with it a little. cant wait to get it tuned for meth though. i think 12psi on the stocker with meth should be pretty decent

my thoughts exactly! its gonna cost $360, and i have to drive about an hour away, but should be worth it. is that reasonable for a tune? so excited that i can finally get this out of the way and make the car look good again. installing the door/fender and maybe fixing the dent this week as well

got my joe-p boost controller today... turned the boost to 8-9 and it leaned out to high 10's almost 11s. than i hooked up my methonal injection and turned it to 10-11psi and it hits high 10s low-mid 11s... running really well and pulls like crazy. cant wait to get it actually tuned and maybe turn up the boost just a tad more!

im hoping with my colder plugs, big fmic, slightly rich and methonal, it is pretty safe haha. we will see though. i need to order that block from you just incase, than make real power
