It's obvious I'm going, but I'm staying with Team Ohio in the house again. I put in for Friday and Tuesday off so I can make a leisurely trip out of it.

Edit: And I think they might put my ass to work this year.

Ok, here we go for year 5. I have sent an e mail to Mike O'Flinn who handles tickets. I am waitng on pricing from him, he is in Colorado for the Winter, so I have e mailed him. We will be holding a Charity event for Dempsey Racing. I will be in a conference call with Mazdaspeed Motorsports later this weekend to finalize the details. In addition, I wil be asking for a larger tent, more chairs, tables, TV feed and hospitality (food & beverage). We will also continue our Sunday cookout with the teams as well.

I have contacted Josh, to see if we can get the dealership involved as well. We will be having a raffle/silent auction as well to raise money for the event, in addition to a portion of the ticket sale. I am working on a special meet & greet with Patrick, Joe, Charles and the rest of the teams as aprt of our package. So stay tuned, I will have more updates for you all soon.

P.S. Josh and I are working on a special t shirt as well for our Mazda Corrals.

I am sure we can get grand-am to give them free tickets and also have one of the teams bring their cars there for a promotional event. Even if you can get me the name of the GM of the dealership, I can have Grand-Am Marketing call and speak to them.
