Man...I wish I could have driven down for that. Looks like a great turnout. I'll see you guys in Atlanta later this year for some cone dodging.

NICE CARS!!!!!I have yet to see an MSM miata up close and in person...seen a few RX-8, one of the nutters around here is rollin on the stock summer tires through the ice and snow we've had...moron...lol. Still, good pictures, looks like fun.

I agree, there will be a bunch of threads about the meet, maybe one on every car there, lol. Johnny's car was freaking unbelievable at the strip, geez!

There is a little too much info on Meet-related stories to fit into one thread. Here are the stories I'd like told...

#1. Why Luke has a "grape" on his knee.

#2. Why his legs are SO soft and smooth.

#3. Why my trap speed was so much higher than the msp's at the track.

#4. Why Jason (skinny) shouldn't be allowed to drive late at night.

#5. What happens when there is no immagration control.

did u already make these threads? thats hilarious dude.... great times can u get a list up of everyone that met up and maybe names/screenames and cars... that would be kinda kool

when it comes to racing there are two things I found UNBELIEVABLE....

My friend Johnny with a pro DX 2.0L was the fastest protege out of the bunch with less than $400 in mods. He ran a 10.0s 1/8th I think the next fastest was me and the MSP's ties at 10.2s.....as far as MY times I had a devil of a time getting traction. What I was impressed with was my trap speed. Prior to the belt slipping I was running a 77.6mph, after the slipping I could only muster a 74-75mph trap. Most everyone else was trapping in the 72mph range. So my early estimates were correct....a little more power to the ground than modded msp's.
