My knee is officially fubar'd, but luckily, that is the only bad news to report. (thumb)

Kelly has finished the fixture for the injector hole machining, and is working on the die for the runners. I am dropping off some pipe tomorrow or wednesday for the final proto. Everything should be a go after that, and other than the EGR setup, we'll be all set to start cranking these out in numbers.

I know some of you are probably like wtf about it taking so long, and I want to again thank everyone for being so cool and patient about this project. The extra time spent on development has not only given me the opportunity to come up with the best ways to build this part, it has allowed me to improve the design several times. The manifold has evolved from a round tube with vice squashed runners, to a piece that I can truly be proud of, and something that I hope all of you will be able to appreciate.

I have the final drawings for the EGR adapter done, and only need to find a good source for the flexible metal hose and the fittings for that whole setup to be a done deal. If anyone has any suggestions on where to find a good deal on that type of hose, I would appreciate a good tip on that.
