5-30 0r 10-30 OIL

10 w 30 now is pretty much obsolite the only differece is at start up so just use 5 30 its the same

(amsoil 5w30 or royal purple they are the best oils right now)

I guess the answer depends on how cold it gets where you live. 5W30 is usually a good choice for temps below 0 F. But you can use it above that as well. 10W30 works for me.

10 30 is only better wen u start the car up but a verry little difference the same running temp and it becomes the same weight wen ur driving

Actually the lighter oils like a 5wXX are considered to be better at startup. They pump easier, especially at cold temps. Lighter oils tend to put less drag on the internals as well, which can free up a tiny bit of efficiency and hp. That said, I still run 10w30 because 1) Our winters aren't usually too bad & mine is garage kept anyway, and 2) Because the lower the difference between the two weight ratings, the less friction modifier is in the oil. I've heard the less, the better, but I can't base that on any real world testing or experience. It may not even matter as much these days.
